missing credit

I am a little confused as to the balance on my plan.
I signed up during the first month free (I expected a 30 dollar credit)
I signed up with a referal, (you and a friend get 25$)
and I have 42$ credit.

having trouble doing the math to figure out where the 42$ credit came from?

It is possible to get $42 with the following

1. $30 credit - first month

2. $10 credit - regular friend referral (instead of $25 bonus, which was online home activation only that ended earlier in August_

3. $2 credit - autopay registration.

Your friend should have gotten ongoing $1 monthly credit, not $25.

The $25 friend referral promo ended on August 9 and was only for online home activation. So, probably could not combine with first month free promotion.

As stated above, it should show up on your payment history page.

I believe only online activation qualified for the $25 referral bonus for both parties. Activation at a retail partner would give only $1/30 days for the referring party. The referred gets the standard $10. In any event, as you mentioned separately, the referral bonus promo has expired long ago.

So I was in before the aug 9 deadline,
and I will dobule check, but pretty sure my referal folk got the 25 one time only thing instead of the 10$ I will check tomorow.

you are right. right now it looks like 30 for the first month, 2 for the auto pay, and 10 for the referal.
