I want to change the PLAN

Current plan didn't have data plan but it have unlimited calls and text that is the reason i decided to change plan.

You can login to the selfserve/ My account and easily change the plan.. just note if you change the plan today before the renewal date, you will loose the balace of your plan and your renewal date will be set to today.

You can change your plan anytime!

Go through self-serve/plans to select the one you'd like.

@John-12 You can choose to either change it immediately or change automatically on your next renewal date. If you change it immediately you will lose the remainder of your current plan, even if you just renewed it, and have to pay the full price for the new plan immediately.

@John-12 Make sure you select to change your plan in your next renewal. If not, you lose all your unused minutes/data/text.
