If yes, it means your funded you account but you haven't added the add-on into you account. It's a two step process so you still need to do step #2.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I understand now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to put funds first before I can actually purchase the add-ons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very confusing if you ask me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should have a separate process to add funds and add add-ons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In any case, I will try to do the steps you said.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The self-serve website is so slow right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't even get in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will let you know later...if I can get in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
