Hi,

I bought the unlimited text international and the unlimited call in Canada and the US. My previous plan was just unlimited text and unlimited province wide calls. When I make a call to the US it doesn't work. It says available funds $18 and Amount due:$9. I don't even want this plan anymore I just want to do an add-on? I just bought the plan today, is it too late to change it?

@jblack86, I recommend you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them if they can switch your plan for you. They are usually quite accommodating if you ask nicely.
