    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/88184"&gt;@DBurns&lt;/a&gt;Since Public Mobile doesn't sell phones, they don't have any codes to give you. You will need to go back to your seller's original network provider. Did the seller give you their old SIM card? You can try that to see if you can get service.. if so, then the phone hardware is working, if not you still need to see someone physically to have it checked out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If they gave unlock code to someone before, they have record of that but they don't know if person unlocked it. It is a manual process that only person who has the phone can do.&amp;nbsp; Carrier can't unlock an Android phone from their end.&amp;nbsp; The old carrier should have gave you the unlock code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
