On the 15 CAD plan we have 250 MB data with auto pay. My question is will the data work on the reduced speed after exhausting of the 250 MB or not?

To add to what @GinYVR said, no more data when you've exhausted allotted amount from your account, but you can purchase the add-on of 200mb for $10 or 1gb for $30. This will keep rolling over until used up, but will tide you over until your renewal.
