    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was going through the same situation. In my case I had to factory reset the phone for the data to work. I ported over from a different carrier. I triple checked the APN and honestly nothing was working. As soon as I factory reset the phone popped in the SIM card the data started working without needing to manually set the APN. Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just signed up today for the 40$ plan with 4.5gb data. But the problem is I can't access the data from my phone. Before this I didn't have problem with my previous carrier. Pls let me know if I need to change any settings to the phone or something like that. Thanks very much&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems APN settings are often the magic ingredient for data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/Data-Settings/m-p/16973" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; out to find out more and read a couple few down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And of course the easy try a reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I got on to PM, all those things just came in seemingly automagically. I didn't have to change anything. But some devices may not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What type of device are you on? If on iphone, may need to go to settings&amp;gt;cellular and ensure data is on and the lte if applicable is set to both voice and data. Android devices&amp;nbsp; may be settings&amp;gt;data usage or something that will enable mobile data to be turned on. More info about the device may be helpful&lt;/P&gt;</description>
