Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache.

@mrtuffIt is slow (takes half a minute to load).. I always recommend accessing the service outside day hours late evenings but not 1:30AM EST on Fridays as they seem to do maintence

Firstly, I would try clearing the cache & password for my browser (or icognito mode for Chrome & Private for IE & FF).

2nd; maybe you've typed in your password incorrectly when registering. Give password reset a try.

3rd; contact a mod (link).

Logging in is quite slow so don't assume you can't log in just because the page isn't refreshing to the self-serve portal instantly. Give it some time

Please clarify what you mean "I cannot log in". We will be able to help you better if you provide us with more detials.
