      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been travelling in Asia and had my plan auto-renew, despite me not using it for the last 2 months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wondering if I could have the unused credit applied to my account, or if I could have the 3 months that I paid for start now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ben&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you leave autopay turned on in your self-serve account while you were away? If so, then your plan renewed properly as it should have.
