      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, I don't think so,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since Public Mobile is a prepaid service, if you port out, you usually can't get a refund. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
