Can’t call 1-844

Car insurance is a 1-844 number and have talk on plan. Public mobile saying plan doesn’t cover call. Have to call and should be able to but can’t figure out how. Help !

It looks like that you are not the only person having trouble with 1-844 number in the past. It is a glitch in their system. Even though it is toll free and shouldn't be long distance. You might need to add on long distance add on to see whether that works. Or you might want to contact moderator for assisstance, but the wait times are about 1-2 days for resonse.
