      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/53430"&gt;@Alejandra&lt;/a&gt;, there is a link. In the self serve portal that takes you to a page where you can report your phone lost/stolen. &amp;nbsp;It will suspend services on the SIM card. &amp;nbsp;I am not sure if it also reports the phone as stolen. &amp;nbsp;I does not deactivate / cancel your plan, so if you are not replacing the phone and have auto pay activated, &amp;nbsp;you might want to deactivate it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
