I forgot my password for my account and forgot password link is not working. I tried it by 5 days. Please help me. i also did a private message

Hi....have you any idea when they will do it? Any time limit. The knowledge area says that they will reply you by 48 hours

It's hard to say. In recent days their workload was much higher than usual due to widespread renewal issues. I believe the problem has been dealt with, but there might be some backlog. All messages are processed on a first come first serve basis.
