Area 825 error

Area code 825 is in my local calling area but I receive a msg from pm saying that I need a long distance add on to call the number.
Followed the instructions on this old post but it looks like I need a @CS_Agent for help.

Yep if you already tried ignoring the message or addind 1 in front of the number and that doesn't solve the problem, then the mods are needed.

Make sure you put the country code "1" in front of the 10 digit phone number and you are good to go.

This scenario has come up many times already.
