    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just recently changed phones, but have the same SIM and same phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when i try to access my voicemail now, there is a message that pops up saying "You need to add a number to access your voice mail". Then when i click to add the number, it says that "Voicemail number change unsuccessful". Why can't I access my voicemail? Its the same number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/87479"&gt;@azeemgahm&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, it seems like your new phone is not picking up the voicemail number.&amp;nbsp; You can try to manually add it to the phone app.&amp;nbsp; The voicemail number is your local area code+5804002.&amp;nbsp; In my case the number is 6475804002.&amp;nbsp; Alternatively, you can call yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
