      <description>&lt;P&gt;I didn't realize until 6pm today (aug1st) that I haven'r received any texts or incoming calls. I can dial out without any issues. Incoming calls are going straight to voicemail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using pixel 2xl phone. Everything was working fin until last night. ANyone else facing same issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24750"&gt;@mcali786&lt;/a&gt;Check to make sure DND (Do Not Disturb) mode is not been enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply restarting your phone often solves issues, doing a battery pull / removing your sim and reinserting solves most issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on your phone model / OS check under menu/settings/call and look under call rejection, and call forwarding and see if anything looks off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There has been a recent software glitch issue with renewals, if you just renewed you will want to send a message to the moderator team &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;Click this to send them a message&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
