      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got this message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="expiredUserMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please disregard this message if you have enough funds in your balance or are on AutoPay.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="addFundMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactive your current plan.Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days of non-payment and you will lose your phone number and service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="addFundMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But it never pulled money from my card and I can't pay because it doesn't give me an amount I owe. It just says Plan suspended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="addFundMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Help please.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; I've been on autopay for over a year, and my plan was just suspended because it says I didn't have funds available.&amp;nbsp; I could make a manual payment, but I wouldn't be recieving my autopay reward.&amp;nbsp; A little help would be great.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
