hi I topped up a yesterday and my plan wont renew ... is their anway to get it sped up or something i would love to use my phone haha ... my account says 49 dollars but wont let me renew services .. any help?

@fonze1981 It should automatically renew righ away. Are you renewing the same plan? Have you tried rebooting your phone?

yes ... i rebooted yesterday .. and it let me send a few texts and now its back to not working .. and my account says i dont have a active plan

Is the $49 fund balance sufficient to renew the current plan. If there is something wrong with the account, I suggest contacting the moderator team to fix whatever is getting in the way of the renewal. okay i will try that ... i did message a admin yesterday and got no response .. but yes im on the 40 dollar plan 😕

Okays .. I messaged them .. i love a online community but not having a person to talk to is slightly annoying.. haha
