      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can send plain text msgs , however if I try and attach a photo or camera shot...it fails with a nice red msg in messenger (Android) saying "message not sent : service not activated on network"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pm MMS network dead?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
