      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Having trouble getting my sim card to work on Samsung rugby 2. Just activated the card and can not get it running. New PM member.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tried the check your phone page, this was the result;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Your device has not been reported as lost or stolen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Network Compatibility check cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help appreciated&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/86804"&gt;@liasm&lt;/a&gt; Does Public Mobile get displayed at where the service provider name usually get displayed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest a quick way to diagnoise the issue is to find another unlocked phone to see if the SIM is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems &lt;A href="https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_a847_rugby_ii-3355.php" target="_self"&gt;Rugby 2 doesn't support LTE band&lt;/A&gt;, so you might have limited functionality.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
