    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/49623"&gt;@Kyleeking&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the issue, maybe state what the problem is on this forum and one of us, or an oracle may be able to provide a solution.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes we see posts that are just misunderstandings and not actual billing errors.&amp;nbsp; Provide some detail and hopefully you can get&amp;nbsp;an answer ASAP.&amp;nbsp; If it is a true billing error where credit are involved, etc., then I'm sure a MOD will get to you as soon as possible.&amp;nbsp; Please be aware MODS go based on first come first serve type triage (at least that's what I'm aware of), someone please correct me if i'm wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for delay. &amp;nbsp;5 hours? &amp;nbsp;5 days? &amp;nbsp;Usually moderators respond within few hours, but can be longer due to work load. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, their hours are&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you messaged them outside those hours, it will take even longer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you please explain more in depth with what your issue is? Did you get double charged? Did your plan not renew properly? Were you charged an amount you don't think you should have been? We may be able to assist you in the community but need more information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
