Occationally not receiving/sending texts

I have a Huawei Pro 20 Lite. Occationally, my texts are not received, or, I do not receive texts sent to me. However, the texts appear on my usage history. I have tried re-starting my phone.

@sjshamilton If they appear in your usage history and you do not see them on your phone then it's a phone/app issue with your phone. What app are you using for texts on your phone? Did you try another option to see if you can receive them. Maybe some of the numbers are accidently on you block list or reported as spam. Worst case maybe backup your phone and do a factory reset.
