    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to migrate to a more expensive plan but given I was in mid cycle, I chose the option to change the plan at the new cysle date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the date of top up, my plan did not change but renewed it on the old plan. When I changed the plan manually, the system forfeited all my balance and did not even apply auto renewal bonus to the new plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help anyone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
