      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/86655"&gt;@brilliantstrike&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Try a "Reset All Settings" via Settings -&amp;gt; General -&amp;gt; Reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact the @Moderator_Team by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right hand corner&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There seems to be quite a few issues with activations lately.. Good luck. I hope you have a spare SIM card in the interim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you should try hard resetting your phone By holding the up volume button and the power button! Also, try taking your sim out and putting it back in. Hope it helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
