I just got with PM,

So far I cant receive text or calls from the US..

Anyone have an answer or I need to trow the towel on this provider already?

Did you ported your number to PM?

If yes, number porting from a mobile provider will take a few hours to couple of days to complete.

Incoming calls or texts will continue to send to your old SIM card until your port is complete. You can continue to use your old SIM card until it stops working. Then, start using your new PM SIM card.

@Chefchrissava Is it just from the US? What about calls/texts from within Canada? Can you send a text to someone in the US?
