      <description>&lt;P&gt;Account&amp;nbsp; is activated with $3 credit it is on autopay and have received a text saying my bonus points have been&amp;nbsp; applied but when trying to us the phone I get a message that I need to pay my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
