is it possible to disable my voicemail inbox? i have another service i prefer to use... past carriers I've used have been able to turn it off when i spoke to phone rep, but can't connect w/ one here

There is no direct method but the work around is here. It works for me.

There is no phone representatives because we all chose to have lower prices.

@acg11 You can't disable it. You can ignore the message and don't retrieve it.

Other than the extended absence method...in your case of having another service, you can change call forwarding to that service and never have a call go to this service basically bypassing and ignoring this service.
