5G reward for signing up May 25-26?

Hi, I signed up for the PM plan on May 25th. There was a promotion on teh website that day that said a 5G data plan would be added if you signed up for PM on those dates. How do I access the 5G reward for signing up?

@FunGuyKawhi321 The 5G bonus will appear in your account within the next 7 days. You will see it when you login into your account on the first page under Add-ons.

Looks like communication around this special offer really needed to be improved ... perhaps PM can work on that for the next similar offer.

Yes, to be clear, it's an add on, not a monthly recurring amount of 5 gigs. Nice thing is the data rolls over, though, just like the other PM add ons, so it only runs out when you've used it up.

See - all that is a mouth-full and hard to explain in a world where peeps just want to buy a plan for cheap and keep running.

Just like the 90-day plans with a total data amount for 90-days, not for 30-days.

You don't have to do it anything as it will be done automatically. You can use the bonus 5GB until it is used up if it any time your plan's included data has been exhausted. Otherwise, it sits there for future use.
