      <description>&lt;P&gt;Auto pay not set up correctly. Missed a payment by 2 days but payment went through 5 days a go.&amp;nbsp; Phone will still not connect to network; no phone calls or texts or data.&amp;nbsp; How can I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
