      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's hard to help when you don't help us help you by answering questions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What type of phone is the new phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you done a factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven't done a factory reset, you can try a network reset before doing a factory reset so you don't have to reinstall any of your apps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
