It needs to be active to move your number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you had a Koodo prepaid account you will need to contact the moderators to complete the port, you can send them a private message here: &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you did not have a prepaid account try the port again while using the Chrome browser in incognito mode.</description>
