Hey Everyone...

My parents called each other and forgot to hang up the phone so all 100 mins gone.

Just want to confirm that if I add the $8 add on that they will be back up and running?

Man... getting them on smart phones has not gone well, time to buy flip phones again.

As long as their current plan is active, then the $8 Add-on will do nicely.

You can consider a plan with unlimited Canada wide calling, for an extra $10 each. Maybe cheaper than flip phone "upgrade".

Dude (or Dude-ette).... the stress of hearing about something not working on their phones every day is too much to deal with.

I've dumbed the phones down to absolute basics with a custom launcher but still.... they are having issues.

I love-em, but maybe this tech leap was a bit too much for me to throw at them - so it's my bad.

LOL - I get it... and thanks for the feedback.

Not being hard on them, I just don't like the idea of them not being able to use their phones, especially in times of emergency.

They had their old flip phones going quite well... I thought the upgrade would give them something to learn and play with, but maybe not.

I think the plan is one more month, some re-training and then back to flip if that doesn't go well!
