In a word, no. As a tier 3 service, never hold your breath for new frills to come along. Think value.

Unfortunately, Visual Voicemail is something that you're going to have to go to the big three for. While this service certainly sounds interesting, you might want to leverage how much you need it, and how much you'd be saving with PM for other things. PM does offer unlimited text and images for most plans, so you might be able to have the person send these, since they are using a cellphone anyways.

Also, the plans for PM offer a lot of savings. Do you really need visual VM more than you'd like to pay almost $20 less for a plan? Again, totally up to your needs!

You can get visual voice mail if you use an app like Fongo.

It s free to use, get a free phone number from almost any Canadian City, and forward your calls to the Fongo number, if you don’t answer you Public Mobile phone.

The Fongo app, if left alone, will then take the message, and display a notification once a message is left.

On the voicemail screen in Fongo, it will look very much like visual voicemail.
