iPhone pic text doesn't work

Just arrived back from USA to Toronto & my pic text always doesn't work when I get back. Can someone please help

Check your APN settings. It might still be connected to one of the US carrier. If you receive other texts, your service is probably working fine.

This happens all the time & used to be able to call speak with support and they would tell me what to type

@Jeng2 you can go to this website by your phone web browser to install APN http://www.unlockit.co.nz/unlockit/ if you have a phone with Telus/Koodo you can try to reset network settings.

I hit reset & somehow it worked. Thanks for replying
