To Whom It May Concern,

My account # is: xxx and phone # is xxx.

I added Data service on May 13th, 2019. But it doesn't work at all. When I went out without wifi, I couldn't use any Internet. However, on my Data Usage, it showed I used the data.

I have already been to Public Mobile Counter to ask for help. They even helped me insert my card to their own phone, it still didn't work. It looks like there is problem on the SIM card. And everytime, the helper called #611, the customer serives always told us that I didn't pay. But I am sure I paid the Data Fee. I checked my bank transaction, showing that the amount of money from Public Mobile has been deducted.

Please please please help me as soon as possible. I really need to use Data.I don't want to waste money on it. Please again help me!!!! I'd appreciate it!!!!

Best regards,

Julia

Edit by mimmo removed personal info

@JuliaAlves: Do you mean a data add-on?

If you know you've paid something then do you see at least that amount in your Available Funds? If so then you need to finish the process by going back and buying the add-on

If you do see the add-on then have you ever had data working here or is this the first time?

If the first then:

Find your phone on this list:
Officially Recognized APN Reference

If your phone isn't there maybe these might work:
APN Settings:
Name: Mobile Internet
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not set
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
Server: Not set
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Not set
APN type: default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri,dun
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D4F
