PM doesn’t currently support VoLTE. It uses the HSPA network.

Public Mobile utilizes the following frequency bands: 4G LTE and LTE Advanced

700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz and 2100 MHz downlink and 1700 MHz uplink (AWS)

HSPA

850 MHz and 1900 MHz (UMTS)

As already mentioned, VoLTE is not supported yet by PM. There's also no estimated timeline for availability.

@Triguy your reponse is not really addressing the question that was asked...

I would not bet on VoLTE coming to PM any time soon.

Primary market is discount plans with 3G speed data (over LTE)..... not having VoLTE and WIFI calling gives PM another way to differentiate from Koodo.

No facts to back this up.... just sharing some thoughts.
