Did you just port in or open a new account? Did you put the sim card into the phone? Is your phone compatible with the network? Is it unlocked? Not listed as lost/stolen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What plan are you on? Does your account show active in self serve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What happens if you call yourself?&amp;nbsp; What happens if someone calls you? What happens if you call 611?&amp;nbsp; Are you connected to the public mobile network? Have you tried turning air plane mode on, then off? Re-inserting sim? Inserting old sim (if you ported)? Manual network search does what?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You're going to have to provide us with all the details if you want some help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
