i have an iphone 6 with visual voicemail

when message is left how do i know? the visual voicmail is not working now

i am a dummy when it comes to tech

what am i doing wrong?

Visual voicemail is not yet available with Public Mobile.

@Dominick , Public Mobile does not support visual voicemail. This knowledge base article covers voicemail. There is no mention of visual voicemail.

You could use Fongo app as a workaround.

@Dominick right now Public Mobile does not have the option of Visual Voicemail.

If you really want visual voicemail, there may be a way to get it by redirecting your calls to a phone number with Fongo (a Canadian free phone app, see here). They have visual voicemail. By using Public Mobile's redirect options (details here), you can send calls (when your phone is busy or when you can't or won't answer) to Fongo's voicemail and retrieve it there, you can view a list of your voicemails (contact name or phone number, date and time) and select which message to listen to first, call back with one touch or email yourself or another contact a recording of the message.
