Public Mobile doesn't offer phone support. Depending on your problem, you may be able to find an answer here in the forums by asking Community members, otherwise you'll need to send a private message to the moderators which can take from a few hours to a couple days to hear back.

What is your issue? Maybe someone here can help. 🙂

@Soorijohnston , Public Mobile is different from other carrier brands including the support model. This knowledge base provides information on how to get help. There are many other knowledge base articles covering various other aspects of the service.

Instead of call centres, Public saves us all $ by having customers use this community forum to solve service issues, and customers can't find solutions after searching these comminity forum web pages for answers or posting their questions on this forum - customers can also write private messages to the moderator team and also post questions here to the moderator team too.

So, instead of calling a call centre since there is none, first type your question into the search box area beside the magnifying glass - I read somewhere that 90% of questions have already been answered on this forum before, just like if someone wanted to know something and googled it to get the answer, that's the same idea to easily answer questions on this Public Mobile forum.

If after searching questions here and reading the knowlege base articles etc and still can't fix problem, then you have to post question here and "tag" the "Moderator Team" in your post, or private message the Moderator Team.

@Soorijohnston No number. Customer care is only available via private message. To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am (Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm (Eastern).

@Soorijohnston Welcome to PM! This community is served as customer care but limited to certain aspects only. You can still contact the Moderator for system issue or porting problem or credit card problem, etc.

There is no contact number per se. Call it "cost cutting" but it has its perks too. This dynamic community/forum is your customer care. Feel free to search topics or post a new question and your fellow users will try help.

Specific issues can be shared with a moderator.
