I think you should &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/compose/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;contact&lt;/A&gt; the moderators, especially if it's reoccurring. If not, it could have been a one off, like losing reception.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past year, not just recently, I do randomly get dropped calls. More recently of course it was more frequent, but it's always been there. Prior to switching my parents to a cellphone, my aunt would call their landline on her Roger's cell and calls would drop periodically there.&amp;nbsp;It is something I have just come to accept and expect when using cellphones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In my 10+ years with them, the only two times I recall having a mobile network call drop was once when I ran out of pre-paid balance, and once when I lost reception while in the car (wife was driving, I was phoning :-), we were safe).&amp;nbsp; Take this with a grain of salt though, I normally used &amp;lt;20 mobile minutes a month in the early days, and now that's even less as I prefer to make calls with data (Hangouts/Fongo/WhatsApp) and only use mobile minutes for the rare incoming call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
