Well unfortunately you’re just gonna have to wait for a mod to respond , it can take up to 48 hours. If it’s been longer try to contact them again. Also I don’t think they will give you money back into your account they will give you account credit , i’m not 100% sure though on the fact though

Also remember that PM is a prepaid service, if you switch plans in the middle of the month you will be charged again for the month

It is highly unlikely that you will receive a refund back to your bank account in a reasonable time frame. You will most likely receive a refund in the form of a credit to your account and your next payment for services would likely be debited long before a refund ever reaches your bank account. You can continue yo attempt contacting the mods however they likely are awaiting a response from PM. office regarding the refund and will contact you once they have an answer. Sorry for your troubles.

It was not a future dated change i did it after my previous plan renewed. I want my money back thats ridiculous this is a problem public mobile must change you should be able to change your plan on the renewall date before the account is charged for the previous plan on the renewall date.

@Nickjanderson, just wait until the moderators get back to you and see what they say / propose. They are usually quite understanding about this sort of thing and will 'make things right' (within reason).

Your account was essentially charged again, wiping out your old plan. Since you didn't know, hopefully PM will see your side of things.

@CS_Agent can you look into this person's account? They made an error, not knowing that picking a new plan, when his old one just renewed would result in a second renewal charge.
