      <title>HELP!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;made prepaid payment at 5:50 a.m. and it is now 10:15 a.m. Still no working phone.&amp;nbsp; Anyone tell me whats going on?&amp;nbsp; Phone has been restarted several times.&amp;nbsp; Still nothing.&amp;nbsp; Called 611 says payment is gone through but still no service etc.&amp;nbsp; Also MOD has not returned my email since Saturday with another issue, took 2 payments Friday and was only suppose to take 1 and has not returned the funds of 51 dollars for that account.&amp;nbsp; I have&amp;nbsp; a total of 3 phones which i am seriously considering changing companies because of the poor customer service and never responds in a timely manner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
