Not able to make call even after adding US add on

Hi,

I have added roaming US add on but not able to make calls as I am getting the message that I have no such add ons.

Looks like a technical issue. I have restarted my phone and able to use data roaming add on.

Please help

Did you buy a ROAMING add-on? Can you see the add-on in your first page on your self-serve account?
