Hello just went into my account and it says account is suspended. I have a $33 account balance and my monthly plan is $33. It said if you have available funds please ignore. So why would it say account suspended when I have enough funds?

Just went back into account and funds still there but suspended notice is gone.

Now is says plan due June 19 avaible funds $0.00 when not to long ago said $33.00 available funds.

Is today renewal day? If so the account goes through these phases during the renewal process. It's best to not touch anything and let the system do it's thing especially if there hasn't been a service disruption.

Yes its due today. Was just worried because yesterday before I added funds it said ammount due $0.00 and not $33. Thought after seeing that maybe something was wrong
