    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35649"&gt;@ovi1313&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; are you on the unlimited incoming call $15 plan?&amp;nbsp; or the original plan with 100 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you possibly used up all the minutes.&amp;nbsp; does the talk addon show up in the overview page&amp;nbsp; in the addon section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>problems with 15$ plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have been having problems with the $15 plan for the last week when suddenly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. i am unable to send or receive calls. i am asked to buy LD addon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. unable to check voicemail. system suggests LD addon again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. all incoming call instantly go to voicemai, which i am not able to access because of #2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have messaged the mod team several times but no response. i use my phone no for work and this is becoming extremely frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
