      <title>Transfer of number - Sim &amp; Activation form</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys! I just activated my SIM that i purchased this afternoon, and ported my old number to my new sim. I am able to call and recieve calls but both incoming and outgoing texts are not working. I just got a text saying to go ot the 'Contact Us' section of the website, which i cannot find, and fill in the SIM and Activation online form. Is anyone able to help me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it.
