      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by active SIM card?&amp;nbsp; If you have not used it to activate an account, then it can be used to activate an account.&amp;nbsp; If your SIM card is tied to an active account, then you can put it into a phone and the phone will connect to the network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the sim was activated before, you cannot use it again. If you don't get that error, your sim was not activated before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To me its worth it.I save $100's per year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
