I'm wondering if I am able to switch my information to a new sim card?

The new phone I want to use only takes a nano sim card, and my old sim isn't nano. I don't want to cut it myself lol. I ordered a new sim card. Is there any way I can transfer my plan, phone number, etc to the new one without starting over? Thanks

Yes, the old sim is my original one from when I started with public mobile, about 6 years ago. It's been through many phones, so really don't want to attempt the cut myself.

Thanks

Public Mobile has a Pretty Decent self serve site, which let's you do a lot of things yourself. Log in to selfserve.publicmobile.ca when you have your new tri-cut Sim in your hand and simply do a Sim Swap from your old Sim to the new one. It immediately gets swaped onto the new sim
