    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, we cannot complete your call. You do not have an active long-distance add-on and this call is not covered by this plan. Get an add on by calling *611.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every now and then, when i make an outgoing call, i'll receive this message. Sometimes my calls work, and sometimes they dont. I've read a few posts from the community and the problem seems to only be solved when a mod was contacted.
