Credit for Walmart activation

Hi Everyone. Newbie here.

I purchased my sim at Walmart and activated it there. I haven't gotten a $20 credit after 2 bills (original and the next month) I thought the $20 came off your next bill. Was I supposed to do soemthing else?

Which plan did you subscribe to? Only talk and text plans (no data) are eligible for the $20 credit.

You can send a message to Moderator_Team and they can look into it.

I did not get it either. Is it because I got the 40$ talk and text plan?

It was a Talk and Text plan. Maybe because it was a promotional offer plan? $40 for T&T with 2.5Gb for 30days.

Unfortunately plans with data are not eligible for the $20 credit.
